Acceptable Use Policy

You may not use P11 Vision AI to generate, upload or distribute content that:

Strictly prohibited

• Depicts a real, identifiable person without their explicit consent.
• Is sexually explicit, depicts minors in any sexualised context, or is otherwise illegal under UK law.
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm or hate against a protected class.
• Infringes third-party trademarks, copyrights or design rights.
• Misrepresents the origin or efficacy of a regulated product (medicines, supplements, financial services).
• Violates the platform policies of TikTok, Meta, Google, Pinterest, X or any platform you publish to.

Brand safety

You are responsible for ensuring outputs comply with advertising standards in the markets where you publish them, including ASA (UK), FTC (US) and equivalent bodies.

Reporting abuse

Email abuse@p11digital.co.uk. We investigate within 5 business days.

Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate accounts in breach without refund. Severe breaches will be reported to the relevant authorities.
