Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of P11 Vision AI (the "Service") provided by P-Eleven Ltd. By creating an account you agree to these Terms.

1. Account

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must be 18+ and authorised to bind your business.

2. Subscription & credits

Plans renew monthly until cancelled. Cancel any time from the billing portal.
Credits reset on the first day of each billing period and do not roll over.
Top-up packs do not expire as long as your account is active.
Free trial credits (5 on signup) are one-off and non-refundable.

3. Acceptable use

You may not use the Service to generate content that is illegal, defamatory, infringes third-party IP, depicts a real person without consent, or violates platform policies of TikTok, Meta, Google or similar. See our Acceptable Use Policy.

4. Content ownership

You own the inputs you upload.
You receive a worldwide, royalty-free, commercial licence to outputs you generate while your subscription is active.
You warrant you have rights to all uploaded inputs.

5. Service availability

We aim for 99.5% monthly availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance where practical.

6. Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Unused credits are not refundable on cancellation.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, P-Eleven Ltd's total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. You may close your account at any time.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of London have exclusive jurisdiction.
